See email detail


1.- Upon entering the platform, you will be directed to the "Dashboard" module by clicking on the "My Account" module.



2.- On the account section, click on the Email Tab.


3.- If the investor does not have an email associated with the Entity, it will show on the following screen. 



4.- By having an email previously sent from the Administrator, it will be shown in the list of Emails, with the following data:


1. Subject

2. Email sending date from the Administrator



5.- When displaying the information, the data of "Sent to" and "Files" will be shown.



6.- You can see the email template sent by clicking on the eye icon "View Mail".




7.- If you wish, you can view the shared document in the email, select the document of interest and click on the icon "View document".



8.- If you have more than one associated Entity, you can select in the "Entity's asset" select.



9.- In the filter of "Date range", you can select one of the following options, and the information regarding the option Will be displayed.


  • Last month
  • Last quarter
  • Last year
  • Current year
  • Custom range
